- Are flights included in the price of the program?[TOP]
- No. Flights to and from the program are an additional cost. All domestic travel in the host country (ie., Australia, Fiji,
or New Zealand) for the programs is covered. This includes the domestic flights for the Australian session (Sydney to Cairns).
- Do you arrange flights?[TOP]
- We do not arrange your flights but will provide you with up-to-date information about ticket sales on relevant international airlines.
- What if I have not booked my flight before the Final Forms and Payment due date?

- Your flight form and itinerary are due 4 weeks prior to the start date of your program. If we receive the information any later
than that, we may not be able to arrange for you to be picked up at the airport.
- Will I be picked up at the airport upon arrival?[TOP]
- Airport transfer is included for all students arriving on the specified arrival date. Students arriving on a day other than the
specified arrival day should find their own transportation from the airport or call the oe-studyabroad office to arrange an airport
pick-up for an extra fee.
- What day should I arrive?[TOP]
- The first day of the program, which is listed on the website, should be your arrival date. Because of the time difference, you
will need to depart the USA two days prior to the arrival date.
- Can I arrive early? [TOP]
- Students may arrive early. You should provide us with your travel itinerary 4 weeks prior to the start date of the program.
- What day should I depart at the end of the program?[TOP]
- You should make arrangements to return to the U.S. on the last day of the program, unless you want to extend your stay in your host
country for personal travel. You will finish your classes and all group activities on the day prior to the last day of the program listed
on the website. If you stay in your host country longer to travel on your own, you may extend your medical insurance coverage for $15 per
week. Please contact us before the Final Forms and Payment due date to discuss this option.
- Will I be taken to the airport upon departure from the host country?[TOP]
- We will provide return transportation to the airport ONLY on the program end date. If you stay in your host country longer to
travel on your own, it will be your responsibility to get yourself to the airport on the appropriate date.
